Its a one day class that 'reviews' labor and birth, breathing, relaxation skills, the partners role, and anesthesia options. :D
Im excited to relearn some labor pain coping skills - I remember how bad it hurt but I dont remember what helped me get through it.
David thinks its not necessary but hes a good guy and has agreed to join me anyway. ;) At least Im a nice wife - I know hes not looking forward to it so I found one that is only ONE day - not a 6-week session! Arent I sweet??
