Baby #3 - 30 weeks

Pregnant with Brooklyn at 30 weeks:

Pregnancy: 30 weeks

Weight Gain: down a pound to 27 lbs total. (I'm sure the scale is just being kind to me this morning after threatening it last night)

Sleep: Breathe Right strips are awesome.

Gender: Boy~

Name: Dayton James

Feeling: Im mildly obsessed with how much weight Im gaining - but whats new? and it still doesnt stop me from enjoying my ice cream. most days.

Health: quite healthy

Movement: He seems to be pretty mellow lately, not too much movement.

Belly: yup, got one of those.

Next Appointment: Not for a couple weeks. Went on an L&D tour today though. Was pleasantly surprised.

The Answer to my Husbands Prayers

These Breathe Right strips are awesome. LOVE them. They help me breathe and therefore, NOT snore. With pregnancy comes congestion and heavy breathing - not that bad until theres someone next to you trying to get some zzzz's too.

I received a free sample of these and tried them out the past couple nights. They work like a charm - I can breathe and my husband can sleep peacefully. Im picking up a box tonight.

Oh and im pretty sure they unclog your pores as well - theyre sticky little buggers.

Preggo (that'd be me): Maybe after dinner we can take the mustang out to Sonic.

Husband: SONIC? Wheres that? I think you have officially lost your pregnant mind.

Preggo: Its just down the highway .... You never take me out in the mustang.

****husband rolls his eyes & continues making dinner.*****

Husband: So what do you want from Sonic anyways?

Preggo: just a slushie.

Husband: So you want to take the mustang out huh?

The moral of the story: If you involve the hot rod in any of your requests, they WILL be met.

Important to Note

I find it important to note that today Im enjoying being pregnant. Im not worried about my weight or feeling uncomfortable in my clothes, my sciatica isnt bothering me and feeling a body part poke out on the right is absolutely amazing.

Im incredibly excited about the little life growing inside of me.

I just thought I should get this in 'writing' since I complain so often.

Baby#3 - 29 weeks

Pregnancy: 29 weeks

Weight Gain: finally stepped on the scale again, up 28 lbs.

Sleep: 3 pillows isnt cutting it anymore.

Gender: Boy~

Feeling: Good, happy I passed the GD test.

Health: slightly anemic ... slightly

Movement: all on the right side & lots of hiccups now too. :)

Belly: l.a.r.g.e.

Next Appointment: Just had one today! All was well. Waited for 40 minutes to talk to the OB for about 4. Good times.

A Crib for Brother!

After the mix up with overstock we ended up getting an awesome handmedown from a friend. I love it - dark wood like I wanted! Look - Even Brooklyn approves. ;)

Another Logo Complete.

I was excited recently when Mindy Upham approached me about wanting a new logo for her budding photography business. Her photography business is centered around kids, families & capturing precious memories to enjoy for generations. This is why I thought it was very fitting that Mindy eventually decided she wanted to incorporate a heart in her logo ~ We went through a couple rounds and settled on this:

Girls Night!

If we weren't before - we are both bonafied Taylor Swift fans after this show! We got to see her in San Jose this past Sunday. Kalina had a blast although she was bummed when Taylor popped up in the stands on the side exactly opposite from us!!!

Kellie Pickler opened for her and she was really good too :D

Got a New Ride~!

Super excited about our new stroller & am hoping it will make my life with 2 under 2 more bearable. With this thing, I'll definitely be able to get out of the house ... maybe.

I got the stroller on Craigslist with a friends help - just need to buy the doubles kit. Check it out:

In Denial about the 3rd Tri

Im rapidly approach my 3rd and final trimester. My last - ever - trimester. Most days that thought makes me enjoy it and want to relish in it - but other days its hard to enjoy the achy pelvis, the bloating, the waddling, blah blah blah

BUT I know that this is the last time I'll get to house a baby and feel the kicks of my little one growing inside of me. So im enjoying it DARN IT!!! ;)

Pregnancy: 27 weeks

Weight Gain: 22 pounds total

Sleep: Im up to 3 pillows but still sleeping well.

Health: Tip-top. ;) BP has been good - better than with Brooklyn.

Movement: He moves a lot - just little movements, all the time. I hope he sleeps. :-/

Belly: No stretchies yet but the belly is very itchy ... I guess that means its growing.

Next Appointment: We're checking out the Labor & Delivery on April 14th. Next appt is April 21st and thats when I hear back about my GD test.

Im selling my barely worn Paige Premium Jeans (size 31) on ebay.

I grew 'out' of them after one wash. :(
