Coming Together ...or a Hot Mess?

So interior decorating isnt one of my strong points ... and I'm struggling trying to pull all the peices together for this baby's room.

Yes - its not a live or die sort of situation but its bugging me none the less.

Im going to drop in the pics of all the stuff I already have or that I want and you tell me if youre able to see my vision ... or if it just looks like a HOT MESS (as my 'girl' Chelsea Handler would say ;)

I think I went wrong on the wall color - prob shouldve done a white, dark cream or oyester color ... Oh well, we'll see once I get it all in the room & set up.

Rockin' the 22 Week Belly ...

The Belly is here to stay - at least for a while. And for now it is my job to care for it and clothe it in the best way that I know how ... haha. Who am I kidding?! I'm gonna rock this bump (see the sassy hand-on-hip?!) If a girls gotta gain some weight she might as well rock it right? :P Well - THIS is my attempt.

Big Ultrasound Results!

We got our Big U/S this past week and all looks good with Baby Brooklyns growth & development! She was dancing & bouncing all around but the tech was still able to get all the measurements. And it still looks like she is a SHE! 

The pic is her profile with her hand up by her mouth - it looks like she might be thumbsucker.

no - surprisingly this is NOT a blog about food. :)

 ... is it too early to buy a tag that says 'Brooklyn'?? According to David, thats her name already. But Im not so sure. I like it ... a LOT. but not ready to commit. not yet. And yes - this trait of mine drives my husband absolutely batty. I dont care - sometimes I like to keep my options open. :) and I still love the name Maddy (Madeline).

But on another cute note - both crystals would be pink since both girls will have Oct birthdays. 

That, I can commit to. :)

Our 'cupid' couple had a BABY!

The couple that introduced my Husband & I just had the most adorable baby boy last week - SO adorable that I had to post his pic. :) Im so excited for them!! 

Seeing him makes me even MORE excited to meet OUR little one! Look how perfect he is ...

So I'm not one for sappy forwarded emails but this one made me tear up, for sure!
